for Java
The 508 Wizard™ development tool for Java is used
to analyze the source code of Java programs.

To determine Section 508 Compliancy, the Wizard
is easily executed against computer
directories containing the source code of Java programs.
It analyzes the existing or newly developed source
code in an automated fashion with limited subsequent
human intervention saving time and money. The tool
will scan the source code files and will identify
accessibility errors in the precise location within
the code. |

The product automatically creates an
exception report log that is suitable for
three distinct audiences: 1) The management report
will contain a compliancy summary section that is
suitable for management review indicating whether
particular code passes or fails, 2) A QA Report-
this report provides an exceptions and warnings section
detailed specifically for QA personnel to
quickly review the code of a particular developer
or group of developers to determine compliancy status,
and 3) A developers report that contains
specific and detailed information that will assist
the developers in repairing their code and making
it compliant. |
